almag The Almag-01 device, like other PEMF’s acts on tissues by using a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF). However, it is unique in the respect that it uses a proprietary traveling or rolling PEMF signal (TPEMF). This traveling signal is believed to reduce adaptation of the tissues to the signal and in a sense creates a series of rapidly moving waves of energy through the the areas of stimulation. By doing this it will facilitate the reduction of pain, relieve symptoms of inflammation, and other actions described in the Treatment Basics section of the website. The Almag produces a large field by virtue of the four e-mail or its/applicators, such that placement along the spine, on the back of a chair, will influence most of the nervous system, the the brain , all the internal organs, the arms and a substantial field all the way down to the knees at least.

The applicator consists of four flat encased coils linked together by durable rubberized connectors. Each coil has a flashing light indicating activity. Each coil pulses sequentially, thus the traveling magnetic field. They are flashing fast enough that they almost look like they are pulsing simultaneously. This traveling magnetic field is more dynamic and appears to amplify the usual pulsed magnetic field therapy effect.
