The EarthPulse device is a handy system that is unique in how long it can be set to run, while at the same time having a moderately high field intensity.

It is especially useful for helping with sleep. It can “entrain” or “capture” the brain wave frequencies to induce sleep and then, because it can run for hours (up to 12 hrs), it can keep the brain at low frequencies throughout the night so early wakening is less likely to happen. To help with sleep, either place the device between the box spring and mattress for a gentle stimulation of the brain or under the pillow for a much stronger stimulation.
