Use of PEMF is a determination that must be made by the client after considering this information in light of any appropriate discussion with the client’s own medical providers. PEMF devices are intended to promote general wellness by using magnetic energy to improve relaxation and reduce stress, assist sleep management, improve energy levels and improve health by enhancing the healthy circulation of energy, or “chi.” They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or mitigate any specific disease. Those suffering from disease may find that enhancing and improving energy improves their quality of life and ability to self-manage their conditions, but no claim is made of treatment or cure of any condition or disease.

Client understands that no guarantees or offers are made that PEMF devices will treat or mitigate any health condition or that use will be free of any adverse effects. Additional notices and agreements are contained in Terms and Conditions.
