Guarantee and Return Policy*.
Return Tracked Shipping is arranged and paid by Customer. Returns will be evaluated and restocking fees applied based on the condition of the returned unit as follows:

Like-New (0% Restocking Fee)
• No visible scratches, dents, or wear on the unit or accessories
• All accessories, cables, and manuals included
• Original packaging intact
• Example: “Looks and functions as new, can be resold immediately”

Moderate Use (10-15% Restocking Fee)
• Light cosmetic signs of wear (small scuffs, minor scratches)
• All essential components included, but packaging may be damaged
• Example: “Gently used but still fully functional, requiring minor refurbishing”

Heavily Used or Damaged (Higher Fee or Denial)
• Significant scratches, dents, or functional issues
• Missing essential components (power supply, key parts)
• Example: “Cannot be resold without repairs or new parts”
