30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any non-defective device.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, the device must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Include ALL original components (control unit, coils, mats, cables, manuals, accessories)
- Be in working condition
- Have been used according to manufacturer guidelines
- Include original or comparable protective packaging
- Have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Understanding Return Costs
Important: This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a free trial or rental program. Returns involve real costs for inspection, testing, refurbishment, and resale preparation. We’ve structured our policy to be fair to both parties while protecting against abuse.
What You Pay When Returning a Device
When you return a device for reasons other than defect or shipping error, you are responsible for:
1. Return Shipping Costs
- You must ship the device back using tracked, insured shipping
- Insurance must equal the full device value
- Recommended carriers: FedEx or UPS (signature required)
- Estimated costs: $25-$300 depending on system size
2. Original Outbound Shipping (Non-Refundable)
- The shipping cost we charged to deliver the device to you
- Industry standard practice (non-refundable)
- Typically $50-$200 depending on system size
3. Restocking Fee (Condition-Based)
The restocking fee covers device inspection, testing, cleaning, repackaging, and preparation for resale. The fee tier is determined by our quality control team upon receiving and inspecting your return.

Minimum Restocking Fees by Price:
- Devices $0-$1,000: $50 minimum
- Devices $1,001-$3,000: $100 minimum
- Devices $3,001-$7,000: $300 minimum
- Devices $7,001+: $500 minimum
4. Payment Processing Fees (Non-Refundable)
Credit card processing fees (~3% of purchase price) paid to payment processors cannot be recovered and will be deducted from your refund.

What’s Covered at NO Cost to You
Defective Devices or Shipping Errors
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, you pay nothing:
- We provide prepaid return shipping label
- We pay both ways (outbound + return)
- No restocking fees
- Full refund or free replacement
- Expedited processing
Qualifies as defect/error:
- Device doesn’t power on or function as designed
- Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team
- Damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours)
- Wrong device or model shipped
- Missing components that should have been included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned after opening due to hygiene, safety, or practical reasons:
- Accessories (coils, pads, mats, applicators) – once opened
- Digital products (e-books, online courses, downloadable content)
- Custom-configured devices (special orders made to specification)
- Devices past the 30-day return window
- Devices damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
- Items without RMA number or tracking information
How to Return a Device

2Required Pre-Return Consultation
Before we issue an RMA number, our team will:
- Discuss your experience and concerns
- Provide troubleshooting assistance (many issues are easily resolved!)
- Ensure the device is being used correctly
- Confirm all return requirements are met
- Explain expected restocking fee based on your description
Why we require this: Studies show 30% of returns are due to user error or unrealistic expectations. A quick consultation often resolves issues and saves you return costs.
3Receive RMA Number
If return proceeds after consultation, we’ll provide:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed packing instructions
- Shipping recommendations
- Expected refund amount estimate
- Return shipping address
Important: Returns without RMA numbers will be refused.
4Pack the Device
- Use original packaging when possible (or comparable protection)
- Include ALL accessories, cables, manuals, and components
- Wrap device securely to prevent shipping damage
- Write RMA number clearly on outside of box
- Include packing slip with RMA number inside
Damage during return shipping: You are responsible for adequately packaging the device. Damage that occurs during return shipping may increase restocking fees or result in refund denial.
5Ship the Device
Required shipping method:
- Tracked shipping (FedEx, UPS, or other reliable carrier)
- Insurance equal to full device value
- Signature required upon delivery
- Ship within 5 business days of receiving RMA
- Do NOT use: USPS for devices over $1,000 (limited insurance and tracking issues)
You pay return shipping directly to the carrier. Get a receipt and tracking number.
6Inspection & Refund
Timeline:
- We inspect device within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Final restocking fee determined upon inspection. Photos you provide are reference only. Our quality control team makes final condition assessment.
If the device condition is significantly worse than described, we will:
- Contact you with photos and updated assessment
- Provide updated refund amount
- Offer option to have device returned to you (you pay shipping)
Restocking Fee Disputes
If you disagree with the restocking fee assessment:
- You may appeal within 5 business days of notification
- Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
- Final decisions rest with DrPawluk.com management
